Let me ask you a favor. I am asking because I want your Saturday's at DECC with EBCI to be the highlight of your week. I want you to experience God everytime you are able to worship with us on Saturdays. Let me address this topic from two directions...

1 - Sometime before you enter the room where we meet on Saturday... Stop and pray to following.
Lord - Will you do something amazing in my heart and life today? Will You speak a word to me that will mold me in some way to be more like Christ? Help me to enter into corporate worship today, expecting a life-altering moment.  Do what You need to do to make my personal desire, to have an expectation of positive spiritual change.
2 - Between now and our Saturday meeting... Stop and pray for your Pastor. Pray the following...
Lord - Lead my Pastor to hear Your message which needs to be delivered. Help him have the time needed, in all of the busyness of life, to hear from You and share with us what You have shared with Him. Help him to not be concerned about competing with the cultural expectations we have come so often to expect. Help him not see his sermon as performance art but as a delivery which is true to Your written Word.
I have learned over the years that when change is needed... 99 times out of 100 it is me who needs changing, not my situation. Thank you in advance for your prayers.

Romans 8:28 -HCSB

We know that all things work together for the good of those who love God: those who are called according to His purpose.

We are drafting the letter to the villa landlord stating that we will not be renewing our contract. This has to be submitted to him by mid-April. In my last, almost 4 years, I have come to love and appreciate the villa ... its location... it's history with EBCI... its convenience and more. Many of you have been here a lot longer and have more testimonies of God's blessings in your life from our journey at the villa. Do not ever lose those blessed testimonies. Remember, though, that the God who is the center of all blessings is still our God and will continue to bring new blessings.

Now is the time to trust God not only to help us say goodbye to the villa but to believe and act on that belief (faith) that greater things are ahead.
1 Corinthians 2:9 NKJVBut as it is written: “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man, The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.”

You are loved --- Prayed for --- Appreciated

See you tomorrow.
